After many requests I am now offering One on One coaching sessions – These are designed to help clients unpack, sort through and innerstand the information they receive through the QHHT sessions or a Tarot reading, or a custom coaching program. These one on one sessions are for those who would like some additional continued support. Or for those who are in the need of smaller adjustments to their Mind, Body and or Soul on a weekly schedule.
Samira helps you find the tools and practices to help you heal yourself – through talk therapy, adopting Holistic Nutrition into your regime, Fascia movements, BACH Remedies, Herbs, Apothecary and plant medicines.
Coaching sessions are done online via Zoom and over the phone.
